Per Diem is located in the financial district in San Francisco. All the cocktails have a financial market theme in either the New Money Cocktail or the Old Money Cocktail sections. BIMBO (Buy in Management Buy Out) is a New Money cocktail with Ketel One Vodka, St. Germain, Combier, Pampelouse Rose, Gabrielle Boudier Creme de Cassis, Lime. We loved the artful presentation of the BIMBO where the lime wedge is placed slanted in the glass. This was a refreshing cocktail on this sunny day in San Francisco. The top floor was warm. When people cleared out after the lunch hour, it cooled down significantly. We'll have this drink to discuss an MBO anytime!

The M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) is from the New Money Cocktail section of the menu. With Espolon Reposado Tequila, Amontialdo Sherry, Apple Gastrique, Salted Caramel Syrup, and a St. George Absinthe rinse this cocktail is not for the shy. This is a bold drink worthy to enjoy over M&A discussions.
