The Maracuya Sour at Limon Rotisserie in the Mission neighborhood of San Francisco is a twist on the classic Pisco Sour. With Pisco Quebrante, passion fruit puree, lime juice, combier, simple syrup, dash of egg white, and drops of peychaud's bitters, this eye catching cocktail is ambrosial. I enjoyed how the sweet/tart flavor from the passion fruit is enhanced with the orange tang from the combier and the simple syrup. I can't wait to work my way through all the pisco cocktails on their menu!
