Pok Pok NY is located in the Columbia Street Waterfront neighborhood of Brooklyn (one of New York City's boroughs). I just love the color of this drink from the citrusy aperol and the rhubarb bitters. Beware, too many of these and you may find doing something to make you blush.
They also have No Proof drinks (non-alcoholic). For a next visit, of
interest are the drinking vinegars (tamarind, pomegranate, honey,
raspberry, pineapple and apple) which are used in many of the cocktails.
