Delarosa is located in the Marina neighborhood of San Francisco. Although known for it's beer list, they have several great cocktails on their menu. The Rivera Cocktail is made with Mezcal, lime, grapefruit, and maraschino. The solid base of the grapefruit grounds the drink and the smokiness of the mezcal creates a complex drink. It's an upgraded smoky version of a greyhound (vodka and grapefruit juice) or a Paloma (tequila and grapefruit juice). Absolutely exquisite!
