Churchill is a bar located in the Castro/Market neighborhood of San Francisco. I recently read in the 7x7 website that they are sponsoring a month long cocktail contest with Russian Standard vodka in a few San Francisco bars. When I saw the Jalapeno Business cocktail entry at the Churchill, I knew I had to give it a try. I love the spice from the jalapeno and serrano syrup with the freshness of cilantro. The pop of color from the cassis really makes this a standout cocktail.

• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

• 1/2 oz Combier Cassis (to float)
