Beso was Eva Longoria's (from Desperate Housewives fame) modern Steakhouse located at Crystals in the City Center in Las Vegas. In between meetings, I decided to walk around City Center and wandered into Beso during Happy Hour. The Modern Gimlet was 1/2 off during happy hour so I gave it a try. The cocktail was refreshing an a tad bit on the sweet side. I would have preferred less sweet so the spice from the gin could shine in the drink. I would order again and ask for not as sweet or two limes.
Beso just closed this past weekend and will soon morph into a new concept, She by Morton's.
