Dixie is a restaurant inspired by the cuisine of the South in the Presidio National Park in San Franciso. Dixie is a favorite for going for happy hour and I am enjoying working my way through the Specialty Cocktail list. The "Terroir" Fizz is a nice twist on the classic Gin Fizz cocktail. It's a petite heavenly cocktail that's bursting with flavor.
